2. Admission procedure and requirements Applying, as an exchange student is possible if your home university and ISAE-SUPAERO have signed an Erasmus agreement or/and a bilateral or double degree agreement. Your home university is responsible for selecting the students allowed to apply to an exchange at ISAE-SUPAERO. On the other hand, ISAE-SUPAERO may accept or not your application. Exchange students must apply for the “Cycle ingénieur” level (ISAE-SUPAERO Graduate Program). The admission procedure is transmitted to the partner universities in January. It is not possible to mix courses from different years (typically, your learning agreement may not include courses from both the 2nd and 3rd year)

2. 1. For admission to the 2nd year of the ISAE-SUPAERO engineering program Non degree exchange program ҌҌYou must have completed at least 3 years (180 ECTS in Europe) of higher education in your university. ҌҌYou can apply for the full academic year (August to June), or for 1 semester. ҌҌSemester 3 of the 2nd year starts in August and finishes in February. Semester 4 of the 2nd year starts at the end of February and finishes at the end of June. ҌҌBe sure the courses you plan to take at ISAESUPAERO, as well as the number of credits, are approved by your home university. On the other hand, ISAE-SUPAERO expects you to take as much scientific courses as required to validate a minimum of 20 ECTS per semester or 40 ECTS for the entire year. ҌҌThe courses listed in the “Programme académique 2A SUPAERO”may be offered or not in 2018/2019. The learning agreement you are going to send is therefore provisional. ҌҌThe 4 electives courses will be chosen later during the academic year.

Double degree exchange program ҌҌYou must have completed at least 4 years (240 ECTS in Europe) of higher education in your university. ҌҌCourses start in the middle of August and finishes at the end of June. ҌҌAll the courses are mandatory. ҌҌThe courses listed in the “Programme académique 2A SUPAERO” may be offered or not in 2018/2019. The learning agreement you are going to send is therefore provisional. ҌҌThe 4 electives courses will be chosen later during the academic year.

2.2. For admission to the ISAE-SUPAERO 3rd year engineering program ҌҌYou must have completed at least 4 years (240 ECTS in Europe) of higher education in your university. ҌҌIf you are admitted in the 3rd year program, you have to choose 1 multidisciplinay field (so-called “domaine” in French) and 1 major (so-called “filière” in French). ҌҌIt is not possible to mix courses from different multidisciplinary fields. Nor it is allowed to mix courses from two or several majors. ҌҌBe sure the courses you plan to take at ISAE-SUPAERO, as well as the number of credits, are approved by your home university. The minimum number of ECTS required by ISAE-SUPAERO is 6 for the field and 10 for the major. ҌҌAt the time of applying, you will be requested to select 3 fields and 3 majors (rank them by preference). The number of students per field (resp. major) is limited. The admission committee will decide which field and major you are allowed to perform or not. ҌҌCourses run from September to the end of March. ҌҌThe internship (so-called the “End of Study Project”) is scheduled at semester 6 (From April to September). It is not mandatory for exchange students. Conversely, it is mandatory for double degree students.
