• Den ph.d.-studerende registrerer sin afhandling i Pure efter gældende format (InDesign, Word eller LaTex) Ved “Gem” kan den ph.d.-studerende ikke længere tilgå afhandlingen • Aalborg Universitetsforlag har fem arbejdsdage til at trykke afhandling til bedømmelsesudvalg • Fakultetskontor registrerer i Pure, om afhandling skal indstilles til forsvar eller afvises • Ved indstilling til forsvar trykker Aalborg Universitetsforlag de aftalte eksemplarer og sender dem til instituttet • Når grad officielt er blevet tildelt af Akademisk Råd, sørger en ph.d.-administrator for, at workflowet bliver ændret • VBN-redaktionen får besked om, at en grad er blevet tildelt, og VBN-redaktionen e-publicerer afhandlingen
